The role:

After an exceptional performance across all our global offices this year, we are now looking to expand our team by 2x this summer. To date we count many of the leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biopharma and CROs as our partners, and are now looking for Graduates or Trainees who want to work directly with clients like this.

Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Start date: August or September 2025

Location: City of London

Salary: £25,000+ uncapped commission from day one

What does this role involve?

• Discover and headhunt high‑calibre candidates for mid‑senior level and retained roles.
• Business Development and forging relationships with clients across your market globally. This is a client facing role with a lot of autonomy. You'll not only be responsible for bringing in and attracting clients, but managing accounts once they are onboarded.
• Manage the whole candidate journey. That's everything from screening and interviewing candidates, to interview feedback, to negotiating offers and delivering the news.
• Become the go‑to expert in your market. We work in one of the most exciting markets globally, and you'll become an expert in your area pretty quickly!

Who are we looking for?

• Experience within a sales, retail, sports or hospitality environment is desirable.

This role will initially be on site while you're learning (usually your first few months), then will be on our hybrid structure which is 3 days in the office, 2 working from home.
