Trainee Recruitment Consultant Vacancy - Based in London

Salary: £26,775 (dependent on experience) + lucrative uncapped commission structure

Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week

Your Role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

• Client Growth: Build and nurture client relationships, understand their recruitment needs, and provide strategic advice for optimal candidate matches.
• Candidate Engagement: Attract top talent through effective engagement strategies and guide candidates through the interview and offer process.
• Negotiation Skills: Negotiate terms and fees to create mutually beneficial relationships for clients and candidates.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed KPIs, collaborating with a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.
• Industry Expertise: Develop your industry knowledge through networking and market trend analysis.
