7.30am - 4pm x2 days per week
7.30am - 5pm x2 days per week
7.30am - 4.30pm Fridays
Work from home Wednesdays
Enjoy reduced hours (9am - 3pm) during school holidays

The Role - What You\'ll Be Doing

• Promoting recruitment solutions to a range of educational institutions, with a strong focus on generating new business through proactive outbound calls
• Bring your ideas to the table and help drive our branch\'s continued success
• Work with a large client base — many of the schools nationally work exclusively with Vision for Education
• Use sales, business development and marketing techniques and networking opportunities to attract business from client schools
• Drive business development through relationship-building and outreach
• Visit schools and deepen client engagement
• Finding, engaging, and placing brilliant educators in the right roles
• Use social media, headhunting, and networking to build talent pools
• Manage applications, interviews, references, and placements
• Use our Salesforce system to track progress and keep things moving
• Support schools with sponsorship opportunities
• Act as an Ambassador for the Group\'s ESG strategy and demonstrate commitment to ESg policies and initiatives

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence with access to a car (essential)
• Strong communicator with a consultative sales style

Process

• Screening Process — Our screening process is designed to assess candidates in a fair way. This gives you an opportunity to share your skill, experience and passion.
• Phone Call with the Talent Team — You will share a call with our Talent Acquisition team who will answer any questions you have about the role, our business and next steps.
• 1st Interview — This first stage will involve meeting your potential manager and team members.
• Branch shadow — This is a great opportunity to get a taste of what the role will entail, sit with your potential colleagues and ask questions.
• Final Stage Interview — The final interview involves meeting a Senior Stakeholder in the business.
