Associate Business Consultant – x4

Location: Must be willing to be Nottingham office-based for the initial 6 months, with a minimum of 3 days per week in our office at Cubo, Standard Court, NG1. After training, you can be based anywhere in the UK.

Salary: £29,000 basic salary & benefits, rising to approximately £60,000 after 4 years depending on performance.

Start Date: September 2025 (date to be confirmed)

Role Details

As an Associate Business Consultant, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, develop credibility as a Microsoft Dynamics Business Consultant, and build a rewarding career at Columbus. The role involves providing consultancy expertise throughout ERP project lifecycles, requiring strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in subjects like Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
• Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for 6 months.
• Proactive, confident, and aware of the business landscape.
• Flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad.
• Ability to drive and access to a vehicle.
