Responsibilities

• Master your toolkit. Work across diverse tech stacks to choose the right tools for each challenge. From monolithic to microservices architectures, gRPC to REST APIs, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust—expertise is about understanding purpose and applying it to unlock potential.
• Build stuff that matters. You’ll have autonomy and ownership from ideation to execution. Build software from the ground up and see how your code evolves into a product used at scale.
• Simplify relentlessly. Turn complexity into simplicity by optimizing pipelines, writing maintainable code, and crafting minimalist architectures to enable scalable, future-proof solutions.

The selection process
If you pass screening, you’ll take tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. If successful, you’ll be invited to interviews. We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re convinced we’ve found the right candidate. The role may stay open for months or be reposted.
