What You'll Be Doing
Building and owning technical products and systems from concept through to delivery Working closely with business users to understand (and challenge) requirements Designing and implementing innovative solutions using modern tech stacks Staying hands‑on with code while remaining curious about the "why" behind the build Collaborating with a high‑performing team of engineers and domain experts Continuously learning and contributing to a growing technical culture
Must-haves
Working knowledge of SQL databases Proven ability to work in collaborative, fast‑moving environments Strong communication skills — verbal and written Self‑starter mindset with high ownership and attention to detail 1st Class Degree in a STEM subject from a Russell Group uni Minimum AAB at A Levels or equivalent course
