What you’ll be doing:

You’ll work closely with our Surveying and Facilities Management teams—learning from the best, contributing from day one, and shaping the future of property services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Property Operations: Support planned works, budgets, compliance, and maintenance
• Lease & Occupier Management: Review lease terms and help ensure positive relationships and retention
• Financial Oversight: Assist with payments, arrears, and client reporting
• Sustainability Focus: Drive real change alongside our Sustainability Team—reducing carbon emissions and boosting efficiency
• Performance & Reporting: Analyse data, prepare reports for audits and clients, and ensure accurate systems
• Contractor Management: Support procurement and monitor supplier performance
• Emergency Planning: Help implement site security plans and emergency responses
• Property Management: Undertake the property management of a small portfolio of properties, gaining hands-on experience and developing a high understanding of client and tenant needs

• Are a graduate (or soon to graduate) with a relevant degree or interest in property, surveying, or asset management
• Are proactive, organised, and eager to learn
• Communicate clearly, both in writing and face-to-face
