Your role:

We are looking for aGraduate Transport Plannerfor ourTransport Planningteamto be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme.

As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your transport planning expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment.

This team is involved in many exciting transport infrastructure and planning projects, including supporting public sector clients with strategies, appraisals and business cases for services and networks for all modes of transport. This includes bus, road, rail, active travel, ferry and cycling.

You will be part of a wider UK team that is located across Stantec’s offices, which will give you the opportunity to work with a variety of people, projects and disciplines.In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, including conducting research, analysing data and report writing. You will also use your skills in policy review, data visualisation with ArcGIS and wider communication to assist with public consultations, reports, presentations, and project proposals. You will collaborate with clients and other disciplines to ensure that project deadlines are met.

About you:

At Stantec, we value your potential over past experience.Along with a minimum of aBachelor’s degree inCivil Engineering / Geography / Transport / Engineering / Maths / Economics or Physicsand a keen interest in the Infrastructure sector, you will be:-
