Title: Graduate/Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

Location: Central London Office (Hybrid)

Expected Start Date: Autumn 2025

We are on the hunt for an Entry-level Recruiter to join the Technology Team of our growing London office. Hunter Bond is a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology, and change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia. We have established relationships with leading Quant Funds, Hedge Funds, software development firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified trading firms, and award-winning Start Ups.

Responsibilities

• Interact with new people frequently to determine a candidate's potential through questioning/qualification.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates with excellent organizational skills.
• Commit to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a high classification or impressive/consistent work history.
• Quota- or goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Independently motivated / Self-starter.
• Team player.
• Personality!
