Overview

Graduate/Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant – Hunter Bond – London (Hybrid). We are on the hunt for an Entry-level Recruiter to join the Technology Team of our growing London office. Hunter Bond is a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology, and change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia. We work with leading Quant Funds, Hedge Funds, software development firms, prop/Systematic/Diversified trading firms, and award-winning startups. Expected Start Date: Autumn 2025.

Responsibilities

• Interact with new people frequently and assess candidates potential through questioning and qualification.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective candidates.
• Commit to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hard worker – Bachelor\'s degree with a high classification or impressive/consistent work history
• Quota or goal oriented – entrepreneurial mindset
• Able to meet deadlines
• Independently motivated / Self-starter
• Team player
• Personality!
