The role will focus on supporting group-level entities, producing high-quality financial reporting, and developing strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business. You’ll also play a part in a major systems implementation project, making this a varied and progressive position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports for Group entities
  • Deliver variance analysis with insightful commentary for senior stakeholders
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support the month-end close process
  • Assist with year-end statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing accurate financial information
  • Partner with cost centre owners to provide financial analysis and expenditure tracking
  • Oversee transfer pricing and management fee processes
  • Assist with VAT, corporation tax, and benefits-in-kind reporting
  • Support onboarding of acquisitions into the Group’s financial systems

  • Part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year in an Assistant Management Accountant or similar finance role
  • Strong financial reporting and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) is advantageous
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively

What’s on Offer

  • Excellent career progression in a high-growth international business
  • Study support and mentoring from senior finance leaders
  • Hybrid working with a modern central London office
  • Involvement in both BAU finance and large-scale project work
