We are looking for a values-based leader with a strong focus on delivering excellent services and you are likely to be operating as an existing CEO or Executive Director in a Housing Provider. You will have a professional profile that will enable you to continue to build on our already effective partnerships and promote our successes to stakeholders. Success in the role will be about how you do things as well as what you do. You should be ready to lead with humility, to enable and empower others and to share success, ensuring emh group continues to be a great place to work. Working alongside your Executive Team, you will ensure a cohesive and consistent organisational culture, so that people are clear on expectations and know the difference that their work makes to our customers.

Leading a regional organisation with a national influence, you should be able to operate at a strategic level, while still retaining a focus on local communities. You will be a visible leader within and outside the organisation, modelling our values in all that you do, and passionate about delivering great outcomes for our customers.
