Your team
Your new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative people. They’re Designers, Product Managers, and Developers from all over the world. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Outside of work, some of them are parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline junkies, and so much more.
Your Mission
As the Group Product Manager for our Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution, you’ll lead the strategic evolution of one of Frontify’s core product pillars. You’ll define the overarching product vision for DAM, align multiple product teams to that strategy, and guide the roadmap to ensure scalability, automation, and consistency across our ecosystem. Alongside leading your group, you’ll take a hands-on role as a Product Manager for a key area within the DAM solution, helping to shape how our customers structure, access, and use their brand assets at scale.
Your Responsibilities
- Evolve and communicate a forward-looking product vision and strategy for Frontify’s DAM that embraces automation, asset reusability, and modular systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the group’s roadmap and strategy, ensuring strong alignment with Frontify’s overall product direction and business goals.
- Lead dynamic content generation and creative automation workflows to enable smarter, more scalable brand experiences.
- Lead two Product Managers in your group, supporting prioritization that drives performance, scalability, and customer impact, and coaching for growth, product thinking, and leadership development.
- Serve as a hands-on Product Manager for a strategic area of the DAM solution, driving the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and the evolving ecosystem of content automation and personalization to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Help PMs connect customer needs, platform capabilities, and operational feasibility to make data-informed decisions.
- Support go-to-market strategies and launches with cross-team readiness and cohesive messaging.
- Orchestrate work across product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions that empower brand teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather insights, resolve pain points, and ensure the DAM solution is foundational to brand building.
Your Story (Qualifications)
- Remote or hybrid within Switzerland or the UK, with access to offices in St. Gallen and London; choose where to work from.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS, martech, or content systems.
- Experience leading multi-team product groups, driving strategic alignment and execution across complex roadmaps.
- People management experience—leading other Product Managers, supporting their growth, and guiding strategic decisions.
- Experience building platforms that support modular content systems, dynamic personalization, or asset lifecycle management.
- Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams (especially design and engineering) to deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on product ownership and toggle between big-picture thinking and operational detail.
- Analytically minded, using data and performance metrics to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills to articulate product decisions and rally stakeholders around a shared vision.
- English fluency (speaking and writing).
