Role Overview

Are you a highly skilled and experienced Group Technical Manager with a Chief Engineer Unlimited qualification? Do you want ultimate responsibility for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance of a fleet of ships?

Join a rapidly growing UK fleet currently constructing 40 new vessels, supporting offshore Oil & Gas and wind markets.

This role involves overseeing fleet operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal performance, and working closely with the CTO on operational matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations for performance and safety compliance.
• Advise the CTO on ship operations, budgets, and expenditures.
• Ensure vessel equipment and systems meet SOLAS, IMO, Class, and Flag regulations.
• Manage ship maintenance to ensure seaworthiness and regulatory compliance.
• Develop risk management frameworks and workflow improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Experience managing offshore support vessels.
• Qualified Chief Engineer Unlimited or similar qualification.
