The Data & Analytics Graduate Programme allows us to unlock useful and profitable insights from over 500 million global connections that help us to make commercially sound decisions for our customers. Whether you\'re building chatbots, supporting commercial strategy, or enhancing our Big Data platforms, your work will shape how we operate and how people use technology for good.

You’ll rotate across key data teams in our Commercial or Finance functions, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to global projects. With structured training and support, we’ll help you grow into a future data leader.

What we're looking for

• A 2.2 in a chosen degree (achieved or predicted). We look for graduates with analytical, numeric or data focused degrees e.g. Big Data, Data Science or Analytics, Mathematics, Science or Technology, Physics.
• Recently graduated – i.e., a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between June 2024 and August 2026.
• You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not accept the Graduate Route Visa.

Programme Details

Duration: Two years, including two 12-month rotations

Start date:September 2026

Location:London, Paddington HQ. Our hybrid working approach means you’ll come to the office as and when needed, with the rest of your time working from home. As a guide, you can expect to be in the office 8 days a month.
