Now, we’re looking for a vibrant and driven Groups & Events Sales Executive to help us continue crafting memorable experiences for our guests and partners across London.
About the role
As a Groups & Events Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our sales team—fueling growth, building relationships and helping shape the future of group travel across edyn’s London portfolio. From corporate bookings to creative events, you’ll find the opportunities, close the deals and make magic happen for our clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Proactively driving group and event sales across our London properties
- Creating and implementing smart sales strategies that attract new business and boost revenue
- Building strong, lasting relationships with corporate clients, event planners and industry partners
- Negotiating contracts that balance commercial success with standout guest experiences
- Collaborating with on-property teams to deliver seamless service and exceptional events
- Staying on top of market trends and competitor activity to keep us ahead of the game
- Preparing regular reports and sales forecasts for the senior team
- Representing edyn at industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities
- Supporting the wider sales team with creative ideas, data insights and commercial savvy
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in group and event sales within the hospitality, hotel or serviced apartment sector
- A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing high-value business
- Well-connected in the events and corporate travel space
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- Skilled in CRM software and Microsoft Office (bonus points for experience with booking platforms)
- A degree in Hospitality, Events or Business is great—but attitude and experience matter more
