What we are building
An AI Email & Meeting Assistant that eliminates the admin burden for professionals in client-facing roles. Think sales, consultants, recruiters, people spend hours on emails, scheduling, and follow-ups. Fyxer AI streamlines and automates these tasks by understanding your inbox, drafting replies in your own voice, and taking crisp meeting notes.
Unlike other startups, we're a pure-play applied AI company and not a SaaS company with AI features hastily bolted on. We use the best techniques (fine-tuned open-source models, tool use, and retrieval-augmented generation), and as a result, users send 53% of the email drafts we generate.
Growth and company progress
Since our launch in March 2024, we've grown from $0 to $18 million in revenue, serving tens of thousands of paying users. In February 2025, we raised a $10 million Series A to accelerate our path to $50 million in revenue and less than six months later, we raised our $30m Series B. Only the top 1% of companies have ever gone from A to B this quickly.

We're very intentional about adding new people. We believe a small team of exceptional people working hard at a problem they care about will always outperform a larger, more unfocused team. That means you'll need to bring an intensity to this role that might not be expected at other companies but it also means you'll be fast-tracked into roles with greater responsibilities far earlier.
We also believe in hiring people who want ownership and autonomy in their work and giving it to them. We see it as farm to table - you nurture the crops, assemble the plates, we just loan you the land.
Your mission and contribution
Your mission would be to help refine our analytics around our self-serve acquisition funnel: get more business users to connect their work inbox, reach the moment of drafting and sending emails, and return daily—without ever talking to sales.
Types of projects you’d be trying to solve for this side of January:
- Refining our fuel mix. Ensure attribution, incrementality testing and geo/MMM views are as good as possible so we never over-fuel or under-boost a channel.
- Defining our acquisition LTV. Work at the coalface of data to ensure CAC:LTV is defensible and supports acquisition and retention optimisation.
- Checking our signals. With substantial paid media spend, ensure data fed to advertising platforms supports solid returns; e.g., Conversions API, automated audience parsing from Customer.io.
- Be the go-to person for acquisition and retention performance within our Growth Marketing stack. Own weekly reporting and be the mouthpiece for week-to-week flags.
Ideal candidate

Must have:
- 4+ years owning acquisition or activation KPIs as an analyst, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Fluent in experiment design, CAC/LTV maths and business storytelling
- SQL is non-negotiable. Further languages (R, Python) are advantageous
- Experience working with or building LTV models from scratch
- Experience building multi-cell geo experiments or Media Mix Modelling projects
- A sense of urgency and intensity in your work
Ideal:
- Worked at an early-stage tech company (<100 people) as a growth, marketing, product or commercial analyst
- Demonstrated self-driven work in optimising customer journeys, building virality/seat expansion/referrals, or building revenue operations infrastructure; high agency is a must
- Knowledge of typical B2B SaaS growth/revops stack, experimentation, CRM, segmentation tools
- Keen interest in LLMs, workflow automation, and AI agents

- Posthog for frontend analytics; BigQuery data warehouse with Metabase for visualization
- AI tools used to augment data work (examples include Dot, HeyGen, AdManage & Motion)
