What You'll Be Doing

We’re entering an exciting new phase at Mob as we develop a deeper understanding of our bullseye user and target a deeper level of product market fit. The right Growth Product Manager will play a pivotal role in helping us get there, driving smart, incremental improvements that unlock meaningful growth.

We’re looking for someone to own Growth across Mob app + web (including but not limited to CRO and onboarding journeys). From the moment a user lands on our product to their first taste of value, you’ll be in charge of turning high-quality traffic into highly engaged, retained users. You'll collaborate closely with growth, product, engineering and design to run experiments, refine journeys, and make sure every touchpoint nudges people towards becoming happy, paying customers.

You thrive in high-velocity environments and get a buzz from shaving seconds off a user journey, boosting conversions through smart, well-designed tests. You bring rigour to experimentation and love working hands-on with design, data, and development to ship and iterate fast. You balance the analytical with the human. You understand that behind every datapoint is a person making a decision.
