My client is looking for a brand-new Growth/Performance Specialist to join their well-established, fast-growing team. The role offers a salary up to £42,000, with 1 day a week in the West London office. They are a reputable, clean, ethical beauty brand that emphasizes the importance of sustainability within this rapidly expanding sector.

You will need experience in Paid Search and Social as you will be responsible for setting and activating the paid media strategy. You will lead strategy, planning, execution, and development of paid search campaigns, identifying new benchmarks and KPIs. Additionally, you will manage day-to-day budget allocation across all paid channels, considering stock levels and campaign levers.

You will collaborate with the current Brand team to test and build omni-channel user funnel flows, identifying opportunities, risks, and efficiencies to capitalize on current trends.

It is essential to have in-depth knowledge of marketing channels, including social network advertising, and familiarity with analytic tools such as Google Analytics. You should have experience managing budgets exceeding £70k per month. A data-driven approach, ability to showcase results and ROI to stakeholders, and exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail are required. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
