Reporting to VP, Global Enablement. We are looking for forward-thinking people who put customers first and thrive when faced with challenges. This role offers the opportunity to impact the business across multiple industries, with a coaching mentality and a focus on collaboration, integrity, and hands-on impact.

This position combines strategy, creativity, and practitioner-level execution, with responsibilities spanning enablement strategy, content creation, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Program Management: Partner with sales leadership and global teams to define enablement goals and set priorities. Oversee programs from start to finish—build, deploy, and manage enablement initiatives that drive real impact. Develop consistent onboarding and continuous development workshops (virtual and in-person). Champion enablement values and represent the brand across the business.
  • Content & Training: Create, edit, and refine content that helps sales teams move deals forward (e.g., case studies, buyer personas). Maintain an up-to-date, accessible content library and deliver engaging training that equips the team with tools, materials, and product updates.
  • Collaboration & Coaching: Act as a bridge between sales and cross-functional teams. Coach and mentor sales reps with feedback on calls, demos, and deal strategy, and support colleagues in their professional development by sharing expertise.
  • Performance & Improvement: Track adoption and effectiveness of content and programs by updating the GTM Enablement dashboard with key metrics. Collect feedback from the sales team to refine programs for maximum impact, report insights to stakeholders, and manage ad-hoc requests to ensure strong sales team support.

Qualifications

  • Strong Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record in complex, value-based business sales.
  • Client-facing gravitas from roles in sales, customer success, presales, or sales support.
  • Skilled presenter with demonstrated ability to influence across levels, from SDRs to Sales Management; executive presence.
  • Experience with sales enablement and learning management tools (e.g., Seismic, Brainshark, Mindtickle, Saleshood).
  • Familiarity with learning tools (e.g., Camtasia, Captivate, Kahoot, Mentimeter).
  • Experience facilitating both virtual and in-person workshops.
  • Outstanding facilitation, social acumen, and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong program and project management skills with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Creative, strategic problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
