This position is offered as Hybrid in central London with 3 days on site. The role reports to the Elements Deliver Lead and our Embedded Talent Partner Lead. As part of our expansion we are hiring an exceptional Talent Partner with solid GTM hiring experience. You will join the Elements team and work with a key client in the AdTech space.
Role
Talent Partner – GTM Recruiting (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps) for enterprise SaaS and tech environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage End-to-End Recruiting: Own the full lifecycle for GTM roles, including strategy, sourcing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Client & Stakeholder Partnership: Work embedded within client teams to understand growth strategy and hiring needs; build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and leadership.
- Advanced Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Proactively reach out to passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and innovative channels; maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, inclusive, high-touch journey from outreach to onboarding, reflecting Elements' values and brand.
- Process Optimization & Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyse recruitment metrics to identify efficiencies and drive continual improvement.
- Employer Branding & Market Insight: Help clients build standout talent brands through impactful job descriptions, social media amplification, and market mapping; share market trends and competitive insights.
Requirements / What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of GTM recruiting experience, ideally at start-ups, scale-ups, or embedded talent teams in SaaS or tech environments.
- Track record recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps roles at a high level.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, and delivering against KPI-driven hiring objectives.
- Comfort working in agile, fast-moving environments where you embed with client teams and adapt to evolving needs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on inclusivity and candidate experience.
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Contract is Fixed-term for 6 months or more.
