Overview

Hiring 2× Delivery Consultants — US SaaS (GTM, Eng & Product). Where: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid, 3–4 days). Compensation: Base up to £45,000; Commission 40% on all fees (uncapped).

Responsibilities

• HeadHunt & shortlist: Turn clear must-haves into tight, on-brief shortlists—fast.
• Deep-dive screens: Tech, impact, culture. Write story-led submissions clients want to read.
• Partner with sales: Calibrate roles, surface hidden needs, and cross-sell look-alike reqs.

What you’ll actually own

• Live pipeline, zero BD: We’re drowning in demand and need elite delivery to catch it.
• Tier-1 SaaS only: 390+ open roles across names you actually want on your desk.
• Big money mandates: Typical bases $150–$190k+ (SF/NYC) on 25% terms.
• Uncapped upside: 40% commission on every deal. One placement = a five-figure commission cheque.

Qualifications

• Have proven SaaS/Tech delivery experience (Eng/Product and/or GTM) and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Convert chaos into a clean process and move candidates through loops with momentum.
• Can overlap US time zones without moaning about it.
