Job Title: Guidewire Delivery Lead
Location: London - Hybrid 2 x days a week
Salary/Rate: Up to £819 per day inside IR35
Start Date: August 2025

Company Introduction:

My client within Big 4 consulting is urgently seeking a Guidewire Delivery Lead to assist on a project with their Insurance client.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

1. Guidewire Core Application/Integration Expertise: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Guidewire Core applications (ClaimCenter or PolicyCenter and BillingCenter)
2. Systems Configuration Management in Insurance Industry: Develop, assess, and implement Application Maintenance and Support solutions using Guidewire for insurance clients.
3. Support Guidewire application implementation (Guidewire Digital products, Insurance Suite, Data Products) from discovery to deployment phases.
4. Understand IT Strategy and Transformation related to IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL practices, IT infrastructure, architecture, and operations.
5. Demonstrate flexibility in task prioritization and completion and communicate potential conflicts to supervisors.


Required Skills/Experience:

1. Ensure successful completion of engagement workstreams.
2. Lead insurance engagements and project teams. Display expert-level abilities for creative thinking, problem-solving, and leveraging MS Office and other technologies.
3. Provide guidance and feedback to less experienced staff and proactively seek guidance when needed.
4. Manage teams or workstreams on engagements and assist in developing knowledge capital while staying updated on current trends.
5. Address client needs, contribute to developing a business vision, and manage implementation efforts with complex project management capabilities.
6. Manage project planning, engagement administration, and budget management.
