A Day in the Life
As a Haircare Educator, you’ll be the face of Kérastase and Shu Uemura, inspiring and empowering salon professionals to maximize their performance. You’ll deliver technical workshops, presentations, and classes, sharing your expertise in cutting, styling, and superior service. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
• Inspire & Educate: Deliver engaging education sessions to salon professionals, reflecting the values of our luxury brands.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with clients, motivating and coaching them to achieve their best.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends, ensuring your knowledge and techniques are always cutting-edge.
• Organize & Travel: Plan efficient journeys, manage stock, and be ready to travel (including occasional Sunday evenings).
We Are Looking For:
You’re a talented hairdresser with a passion for education and luxury haircare. You thrive on inspiring others and have the following:
• NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications.
• Exceptional confidence and technical competence in cutting and styling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering workshops and building client relationships.
• A driving license and willingness to travel.
