Providing enthusiastic and friendly service to guests Taking orders and upselling food & drink products Helping to manage queues Card-handling and till operation Cleaning and maintaining kiosks Restocking your area of work

Requirements

Over 18s only (due to alcohol handling) Previous customer service experience preferred Ability to remain calm in busy, high-pressure environments Confidence when interacting with people Enthusiastic, energetic and reliable Strong teamwork skills Able to show initiative when working This is an active role, so you must be comfortable walking and standing for long periods. Must be able to work with and around alcohol.
