Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our 3rd Party Resources and Governance Team at DWP Digital.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team delivering recruitment and governance services.
• Oversee recruitment and management of non-permanent resources.
• Ensure compliance with IR35 and governance standards.
• Manage third-party contracts and monitor supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, HR, and Tax teams on supplier management.
• Drive improvements in operating models and governance processes.
• Provide insights and assurance to senior stakeholders and auditors.
• Shape commercial strategies aligned with digital transformation goals.

Candidate Profile

We seek candidates with leadership experience in large organizations, expertise in governance and contract management, strategic recruitment skills, stakeholder management, and project delivery experience.

Location & Benefits

Locations: Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield (hybrid working).

Salary: Up to £77,740.

Pension: Civil service pension with 28.97% employer contributions.

Holidays: 26 days increasing to 31, plus up to 3 extra days/month via flexi-time, and public holidays.
