Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and we are on the look out for a passionate Head Of Acquisition to join our team. As Head Of Acquisition, you will lead the UK site acquisition team through our next phase of expansion. This is a senior leadership role focused on identifying, securing, and delivering high-quality sites aligned with our brand values, growth objectives, and customer demographic. The position is responsible for the full acquisition lifecycle from market analysis and pipeline development to negotiating heads of terms and supporting planning applications. The role is field/home based and will require extensive travel within the UK along with occasional travel to Europe.

Responsibilities
- Lead the UK site acquisition team through the next phase of expansion and manage full acquisition lifecycle from market analysis to planning applications.
- Identify, secure, and deliver high-quality sites aligned with brand values, growth objectives, and customer demographics.
- Support negotiations of heads of terms and collaborate with internal stakeholders on site viability and commercial considerations.
- Travel within the UK and occasional travel to Europe as required.

Qualifications
- Proven experience (7+ years) in property acquisition or real estate development, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, retail, or health & wellness sectors
- Inspirational individual who can work remotely across a large geographic area and lead a team of professionals; significant leadership and people management experience is desirable
- Strong deal-making and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing high-value sites in competitive markets
- Excellent understanding of planning processes, commercial lease structures, and site viability metrics
- Full UK driving licence
