As part of the international Unum Group, we’re on a collective mission to help the working world thrive.## **The role**Head of Actuarial Reporting Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in Dorking (occasional need for 4) as a minimum, flexibility to travel to London as needed Unum UK is looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of Actuarial Reporting to lead our actuarial reporting function and help shape the future of our business. This is a very high-impact role, responsible for delivering actuarial results across Solvency II and US/UK GAAP, and for driving capital forecasting and dividend planning. You will act as a key voice in senior forums, regularly presenting to Board, Audit and Risk committees, working closely with our US Financial reporting team and external auditors. You’ll lead a team of 3–4 direct reports, with wider leadership responsibility across a team of around 10.
