Responsibilities
- Develop brand messaging that celebrates accessibility and mass appeal without compromising on quality or creativity
- Create a dynamic campaign calendar, making each product launch an industry event
- Build a pipeline of high-quality content and on-brand creative assets
- Drive organic social strategy creating fearless, reactive cultural content
- Supercharge earned media through influencer partnerships and PR moments
- Manage budgets while delivering creativity with commercial efficiency
- Collaborate with commercial teams turning creative activities into profitable trading ideas
Qualifications
- Proven track record building beauty brands in the UK and globally, ideally including the mass market sector
- Success in a fast-moving and changeable founder-led environment is an advantage
- Hands-on content production experience with models, photographers, talent
- Strong leadership skills and commercial acumen, consistently focused on building the brand, driving sales and delivering profit
