Key Responsibilities

• Drive organic social strategy creating fearless, reactive cultural content

• Manage budgets while delivering creativity with commercial efficiency

Candidate Requirements

• Proven track record building beauty brands in the UK and globally, ideally including the mass market sector
• Success in a fast‑moving and changeable founder‑led environment is an advantage
• Hands‑on content production experience with models, photographers, talent
• Strong leadership skills and commercial acumen, consistently focused on building the brand, driving sales and delivering profit
