Help Grow Everyturn’s Reach and Impact
In this new role, you’ll lead Everyturn’s business development and relationship management strategy. Working with the Strategy & Development team, you’ll help grow our reach by building partnerships and securing new services that benefit local communities and improve population health.
About the role
- Own the charity’s business development plan and all related activities, including opportunity identification, qualification, planning, proposal writing, commercial modelling, tender submission, presentation, and contract negotiation.
- Engage with commissioners and build relationships in new areas to achieve growth targets.
- Represent and influence strategic developments within all health care systems that Everyturn operates in, to generate new business and maximize contractual opportunities.
- Stay informed of policy changes and emerging practices to identify growth opportunities and demonstrate commitment to mental health services.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop effective ‘go to market’ plans for key propositions.
- Research, source, select, and onboard partners/suppliers, including all subcontracting requirements, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Perform any other duties necessary to meet organizational needs.
About you
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
- Substantial senior business development experience, especially in healthcare services.
- Experience in relationship management, bid management, and staff management.
- Understanding of NHS and healthcare commissioning processes.
- Knowledge of mental health support resources and health and social care policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
