WHAT TO EXPECT You will be a data-driven and commercially astute individual supporting the development of a long-term strategic business plan for JLR.

You will play a key part in shaping the company’s response to industry transformation, including electrification, digitalisation, and evolving regulatory landscapes. The role will work closely with teams across Strategy and Finance chapter to lead the work on creation of a Business Plan through rigorous analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and internal performance data. Based on the analysis, the business plan scenarios/enablers will be modelled out. Subsequently, preferred scenarios will be chosen to create detailed a final Business Plan cash up.

You will lead the alignment of the Business Plan with the key stakeholders at CEO/Board level.

The role will support in creation of succinct update/output for JLR’s key Governance milestones such as Board meetings, EBR etc.
