About the Role
As we embark on a major transformation journey, MBNL is establishing a new Change Management function within the Commercial & Programmes Directorate. This pivotal leadership role will be instrumental in driving enterprise-wide change, ensuring our programmes deliver maximum business value and readiness across our organisation, shareholders, and the supply chain ecosystem.This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Central Reading office.
What you’ll do:
- Define and lead MBNL’s enterprise-wide change management strategy aligned to our transformation roadmap.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of Change Managers and matrixed resources.
- Oversee execution of Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across all programmes.
- Integrate change plans into project delivery, ensuring alignment with training, communications, and operational handover.
- Act as senior escalation point for change-related risks and issues.
- Engage with ELT, programme sponsors, and business unit leads to embed change governance.
- Champion a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
- Track and report on change adoption, readiness metrics, and benefit realisation.
- Challenge the status quo and drive innovation through external market insights.
- Coach and support leaders to embody the MBNL Way and foster a feedback-rich culture.
What you’ll bring:
Must-Have:
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change in complex, matrixed environments
- Deep understanding of Change Impact and Business Readiness
- Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience integrating change into programme and project delivery.
- Comprehensive knowledge of how change affects people, processes, systems, suppliers, and data.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in infrastructure or telecoms
- Familiarity with joint ventures
- Understanding of Lean Portfolio Management and agile delivery environments
