The department benefits from a consistent flow of high‑quality work and established client relationships.The caseload includes:Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposalsCommercial leases and landlord/tenant mattersDevelopment transactions, including options and overage agreementsAgricultural and land‑related mattersRefinancing and investment portfoliosYou will also be expected to contribute to business development, mentor junior colleagues, and play an active role in the wider firm.About youWe are looking for a solicitor with at least five years’ post‑qualification experience in commercial property, who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. You will be confident, commercially aware, and committed to delivering excellent client service.This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact.
