Head of Commercial Valuations / Team lead - Manchester and surrounding areas

We are assisting an independent property firm that is establishing new offices in Manchester. They require a Head of Commercial Valuations / Team leader to help set up the function and progressively build the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and development of the commercial valuations team in Manchester and surrounding areas.
• Provide management and guidance, including hiring and team development.
• Spearhead projects and growth initiatives within valuation teams.
• Collaborate with the London and Leeds offices to establish processes and client foundations.
• Support a hybrid working culture, with an expected 3–5 days in the office per week and full-time commitment during the initial phase.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous management experience and hiring experience.
• Proven track record in leading projects and growth within valuation teams.

Compensation and Conditions

All figures quoted are approximate. There may be an additional car allowance and bonus payments.
