- Lead the creation of vibrant, compelling content that brings our company's story to life across all internal channels, including newsletters, videos, intranet, and live events.
- Drive initiatives that energize our colleagues, amplify our unique culture, and foster a strong sense of community and belonging.
- Be a visible, approachable leader who can connect with colleagues at all levels, delivering messages with personality, passion, and authenticity.
- Continuously seek out and implement fresh, innovative approaches to communication, leveraging new tools, platforms, and trends to keep our messaging dynamic and engaging.
- Inspire, mentor, and lead all creative communications, cultivating a culture of collaboration, excellence, and high energy.
- Act as a key advisor to leadership during times of change, ensuring clear, empathetic, and impactful communication that guides employees through transitions.
- Lead communication efforts during crises with confidence and clarity, ensuring all stakeholders are well‑informed and supported.
- Use metrics and employee feedback to assess the impact of communication efforts and continuously improve engagement and effectiveness.
- Lead our event calendar, ensuring our company events are engaging, well communicated and within budget.
- Help manage and improve internal communications channels and processes, including but not limited to the intranet, content management systems, e‑mail, videos, workshops, social media, and events, along with line‑manager and Exec communications.
- Be responsible for managing the company's intranet and collaborating with colleagues across the business to build a calendar of key business‑wide communications.
