Head of Corporate Development – Europe (Gaming & Entertainment Sector)

A leading European digital entertainment and gaming operator is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and commercially-driven Head of Corporate Development – Europe to help drive international expansion and commercial growth across regulated markets.

The Role: You will lead corporate development activity across Europe, with responsibility for identifying and qualifying new market opportunities (both organic and via M&A), engaging with senior-level stakeholders, and structuring strategic partnerships. You’ll support international tenders, drive market entry strategy, and shape go-to-market execution in collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development in new European markets – commercial, regulatory, and partnership-based.
• Lead market assessments and commercial strategy for international expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with lotteries, regulators, and institutional stakeholders.
• Structure strategic deals, partnerships, and tender submissions.
• Report progress and insight to senior stakeholders across the Group.
  
  
  

• 4+ years in international business development, corporate strategy, or consultancy.
• Background in gaming, gambling, regulated tech, or lottery preferred.
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages an asset.
• Comfortable with :30–50% international travel.
