Overview

We are looking for a Head of Corporate Services Recruitment who will lead on all global recruiting for Finance, Legal, HR, and central functions. This role will build the corporate recruiting team from scratch, deliver executive searches, and establish scalable processes for niche and specialized roles. As a core TA leadership member, this role owns the Corporate Services pillar of the TA roadmap. You’re welcome to work with us remotely from London, UK.

Responsibilities

• Co-developing the TA strategy and lead the Corporate Services pillar.
• Working in partnership, building and developing the corporate recruiting team to support global growth.
• Leading VP+ searches in Finance, Legal, and HR.
• Partnering with CFO, CLO, CPO, HR, and Finance to align hiring plans and budgets.
• Owning corporate recruiting metrics and dashboards for executive stakeholders.
• Redesigning how Nebius approaches scarce/niche hiring globally.
• Leading and driving the candidate experience, aligning business areas, ensuring G&A hiring reflects Nebius’ standards and brand.
