Hymans Robertson Personal Wealth, a subsidiary of Hymans Robertson LLP, was launched in 2021 to bring greater financial wellbeing to people in the workplace. Working with around 30 large corporates and growing, we provide financial coaching, wellbeing workshops, individual guidance sessions and financial advising to their employees. Our aim is to be trusted financial‑planning experts for individuals and families through both workplace activities and other professional channels.
We are looking for a strategic, commercially‑driven leader to assume the role of Head of Corporate. This person will have overall responsibility for our corporate financial wellbeing proposition, ensuring it remains competitive, differentiated, and driving a healthy, rapidly growing pipeline of prospects that convert to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the financial wellbeing proposition for corporate clients, ensuring competitiveness and differentiation.
- Drive growth of the corporate client pipeline, maintaining a healthy, rapidly expanding list of prospects.
- Lead conversion of corporate prospects to clients, achieving annual targets aligned to the business plan.
- Set and report against revenue, cost, and profitability targets for the corporate team, ensuring they are ambitious yet attainable.
- Manage and coach direct reports, including the Head of Corporate Clients who oversees business development, client management and financial coaching teams.
- Collaborate closely with the financial planning, technology, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Report to the Personal Wealth Management Board on progress against targets, escalating any issues that may impact delivery.
- Promote our culture and values, acting as a role model and champion for the team.
- Support the development of team members, fostering a motivated and thriving environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in the corporate financial wellbeing market with a strong network of corporate relationships.
- Track record of business development and client conversion in the UK employee benefits market.
- Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams of skilled professionals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- High levels of market and competitor awareness, with ability to adapt services accordingly.
- Strong commercial acumen and capacity to manage budgets and targets.
- Collaborative approach to working with internal stakeholders.
- Good level of IT literacy (Microsoft Office suite).
