Job Title

Head of Credit Risk

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the credit risk strategy across the Group.
• Ensure the Group operates within a well-defined risk appetite while enabling business growth.
• Play a critical role in managing risk across a network of businesses balancing growth with prudent risk management.
• Act as a key advisor to the Group FC, CFO and wider Senior Leadership Team, ensuring credit decisions align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in credit risk leadership.
• Analytical thinker who is data driven and detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with employees of all levels.
• Confidence in decisions and ability to articulate them with conviction.

Additional Information

• Remote basis with requirement to be present in the Midlands office a few times per month.
