Looking to lead a CRM transformation that actually matters? This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a global Dynamics 365 rollout — shaping strategy, simplifying processes, and driving adoption across a business that’s ready to change.
You’ll be the go-to expert, not just overseeing implementation but embedding CRM into the commercial DNA of the organisation. With direct access to senior leadership and a clear mandate for change, this is a chance to make a visible, lasting impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM across global teams.
- Simplifying pricing and quoting processes to enable scalable growth.

- Managing third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver real business value.
What You’ll Need to Bring
- A pragmatic, commercially-minded approach to solving complex problems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and cultures.
- Comfort working in mid-sized, fast-moving environments — not large corporates.
