Looking to lead a CRM transformation that actually matters? This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a global Dynamics 365 rollout — shaping strategy, simplifying processes, and driving adoption across a business that’s ready to change.

You’ll be the go-to expert, not just overseeing implementation but embedding CRM into the commercial DNA of the organisation. With direct access to senior leadership and a clear mandate for change, this is a chance to make a visible, lasting impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM across global teams.
  • Simplifying pricing and quoting processes to enable scalable growth.
  • Driving user adoption through coaching, stakeholder engagement, and process design.
  • Managing third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver real business value.

What You’ll Need to Bring

  • A pragmatic, commercially-minded approach to solving complex problems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and cultures.
  • Comfort working in mid-sized, fast-moving environments — not large corporates.

Who They Are

This global data and analytics business is undergoing a major transformation, with CRM at the heart of its 5-year strategy. They’re serious about simplifying how they work, enabling digital experiences, and building scalable systems that support sales, marketing, and finance.
