Overview

Head of CRM Platforms – leading business with a focus on optimising CRM and MarTech platforms. This role owns hands-on CRM platforms, delivering maximum value across sales, marketing, and finance.

12-Month FTC | £60,000–£70,000 | 3 days hybrid in the London based office

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise Salesforce and HubSpot platforms.
  • Lead a small team of specialists.
  • Work with external consultancies on multiple integrations.
  • Ensure platforms are delivering maximum value across sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple event teams, building strong relationships to understand needs and deliver improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI features, and process enhancements.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert for Salesforce and HubSpot.

About You

  • Strong background in Salesforce administration, optimisation, or platform ownership.
  • Experience with HubSpot (or another marketing automation tool, e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua).
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Previous experience managing a small team consisting of analysts or admins.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and motivated to drive change.
