LOCATION(S): Leeds, Bristol, Halifax, Manchester or Edinburgh
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

Join the Variable Solutions Savings team within Everyday Banking, where we support over 20 million customers across Halifax, Lloyds, and Bank of Scotland with their savings needs.
Take the lead in our Customer Variable Solutions team—steering commercial performance while delivering great outcomes for our customers.
What you'll be doing...
- Strategic Thought Leadership: Define and implement commercial objectives with bold P&L goals, driving major strategic change from concept to delivery.
- Market Driven Insight: Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, regulatory developments, and competitor trends.
- Customer-Centric Solutions: Prioritise mobile first accessibility, Hyper Personalisation experiences, to support customer financial health as we focus on leveraging our consumer relationships strategy.
- Product Ownership: Lead the product strategy and vision, setting the roadmap in collaboration with the product owner to align with commercial outcomes.
- Achieve Commercial Goals: Deliver the commercial revenue, product budget, and customer volume targets.
- Regulatory & Risk Management: Make informed risk decisions and ensure products follow regulations such as Consumer Duty, while running risk and controls effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Value Propositions to deliver product solutions that meet both commercial and customer priorities.
- Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing team through clear objectives, regular feedback, mentoring, and proactive issue resolution.

- You’ll be “Commercially Aware” on how to deliver business performance alongside meeting customer needs and supporting a growth strategy. – demonstrating initiatives you have incubated, initiated and delivered with impact.
- You’ll have a “Deep Understanding of the regulatory environment and its application to our business”. Demonstrating your experience and impact in shaping fair value outcomes for customers to putting control by design at the heart of everything we do. Making decisions and recommendations that deliver for our customers at pace within the regulatory risk environment.
- You’ll have an attitude towards Product Innovation & Development – Demonstrating how you have redefined strategies. .
- You’ll be a clear “Leader” demonstrating how you have taken teams through change and created an inspiring, inclusive, energised environment.
