Head of Data required for multi-academy trust in the West Midlands

WeDoData has recently partnered with a small but ambitious multi-academy trust based in the West Midlands that is now looking for a Head of Data. The main purpose of the role is to guide and enhance the Trust's strategy, systems, and culture concerning data, analytics, and insights.

The schools that are part of that trust have been rated good or outstanding by Ofsted, with some schools achieving a double outstanding judgment and others receiving a good rating in all areas.

If you are a strategic leader with outstanding skills in data systems, infrastructures, analytics, insights and reporting, we would love to hear from you.

To be eligible, you MUST have:

• Solid experience in a strategic data leadership role within the education sector
• In-depth knowledge of MIS systems such as Bromcom, SIMS, or Arbor
• Significant experience delivering staff training

In return my client can offer:

• Between £54,000 and £58,000 per annum
• A full-time role in a growing MAT
