Head of Development & Enterprise (Glasgow)

Wasps is now looking to recruit a dynamic and self‑motivated Head of Development & Enterprise.

Leading our Development and Enterprise department, you will play a key role in income generation, overseeing trading activities, securing grant funding, forming partnerships, and generating income to support the charitable mission.

• Develop and execute trading activities to generate income.
• Secure grant funding and develop fundraising initiatives for capital, programmes, and environmental projects.
• Create and manage partnerships with stakeholders, translating their aims into actionable results.
• Collaborate with the CEO, consultants, and Board of Trustees on major income generation initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders to understand their aims and translate them into actionable results.
