Head of Development Finance & Analysis, CLARION HOUSING GROUP LIMITED

Join Clarion Housing Group as a Head of Development Finance and Analysis in Manchester. We are looking for someone to lead finance responsibility for major new and existing investment opportunities, providing end-to-end transaction support.

Location: Fountain Street, Manchester - Hybrid
Salary: £87,465 - £104,902 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent

We're looking for someone to pro-actively support the Deputy Development Finance Director in providing high-level advice and strategic guidance to Group and subsidiary Boards and the Investment Committee on all matters of development finance and investment.

Responsibilities will include managing a Regional Senior Development Finance Analyst, liaising with external advisors and colleagues, and ensuring accurate portfolio and programme reporting and forecasting.

To be successful, you will need to be a CCAB or equivalent qualified accountant with proven experience in property-based investment finance and understanding of the market and relevant accounting standards.
