This role shapes the B2B & B2C strategy, builds meaningful offerings for enterprise clients, and accelerates new product and strategic partnership opportunities where data and insights enhance client engagement. You will collaborate across technology, product, sales, and editorial, and represent Puzzler externally at industry events and with clients domestically and globally.Role PurposeLead vision and strategy for the B2B & B2C digital proposition from Puzzler — transforming the business from a puzzle content and solutions provider into a scalable, data-driven engagement solutions leader. Drive accelerated revenue growth domestically and globally via client value creation supported by Data Insights and robust roadmap delivery.ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver the annual B2B & B2C strategy, aligned with growth ambitionsDefine a tiered client solution offering, spanning self-serve platforms through to enterprise partnershipsRefine product-market fit for key client segments: publishers, platforms, and syndication partnersLead identification and pursuit of new client and partner opportunities in the UK and international marketsTranslate market trends and client needs into actionable digital solutionsSupport strategic partnerships, drive cross-functional delivery to deliver long-term valueChampion innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring Puzzler stays ahead of industry and consumer trendsCollaborate with editorial, design, and tech teams to formalise an innovation pipeline, rapidly test and validate new puzzle formats, and embed client feedback loopsCollaborate with sales and marketing to redesign B2B & B2C assets and establish Puzzler's positioning as a strategic engagement partnerBuild visibility for Puzzler across B2B channels – LinkedIn, thought leadership, and targeted eventsAct as the voice of the client in product development, ensuring solutions are market-ready and commercially impactfulDrive collaboration across tech, product, sales, and editorial to deliver unified solutionsIntroduce centralised documentation, KPI tracking, and reporting to align efforts and measure impactWhat you’ll bringExperience & BackgroundExperienced digital leader within media/engagement technology businessesFamiliarity with publisher/subscription ecosystemsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams spanning tech, product, commercial, and innovationSkills & AttributesStrategic yet execution-minded — able to shape vision and drive deliveryStrong communicator and client storyteller who inspires stakeholdersCommercially savvy with understanding of value-based pricing models and client ROISkilled in leveraging data insights to inform strategy and drive decision-making for clientsPassion for puzzles, media, consumer engagement, and emerging technologiesTo apply for this role, please follow our online application process and submit a CV and cover letter.BenefitsThis is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week.
