Location: Southwest/London/Sizewell (hybrid working arrangements).
Employment type: Permanent full-time.
Employment basis: The role is expected to be a full-time position; however, we are open to discussing a more flexible or part-time approach where possible.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, plus bonus and other benefits.

The Opportunity

Join our expanding Sizewell C (SZC) team and work on one of the UK’s largest megaprojects, supporting the UK’s climate change agenda and energy policy. Following the success of Hinkley Point C, the SZC Project is a nuclear new build in Suffolk, with planning approval and government support. The project has commenced construction and is seeking private investment. Once completed, it will supply reliable electricity to 6 million homes for 60 years, aiding Britain in achieving Net Zero by 2050. We offer flexible working with a hybrid model between our offices and home, equipped with full IT support.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Digital Portfolio Delivery to oversee the strategic coordination and delivery of digital initiatives across the Sizewell C programme. This role ensures digital programmes align with business objectives, improve efficiency, and deliver value across multiple workstreams within this iconic infrastructure project.

The Skills

• Proven experience leading digital portfolio delivery in large, complex infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMI), and portfolio governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while managing detailed delivery.
• Experience in energy, nuclear, or engineering sectors within a regulatory environment is highly desirable.
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline; professional certifications are a plus.
