Head of Digital - Hospitality brand

Our client is aleading hospitality and culture brand in the UK and we are looking for aHead of Digital Marketing to scale and supercharge the growth, strategy, and development. This pivotal role comes at an exciting time for their rapidly expanding independent business as they continue to open shops across the capital and make headlines with top-quality collaborations, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have head-of-level experience, a deep knowledge of the brand and its cultural significance, and a highly motivated, proactive, and creative approach. You should be experienced with strategy but focused on impact, unafraid to dive in and problem-solve in our fast-paced environment.

With over 85% of sales through online channels, there is immense potential for this role to lead the digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across all digital channels. We're looking for an ambitious, self-starting candidate to establish the brand and marketing campaigns as the best in the industry.

What you'll do:

  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead on all digital channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the ROI of campaigns and optimise strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure digital initiatives are integrated and support overall company goals.
  • Lead the development and evolution of our CRM strategy to drive customer acquisition, boost engagement, enhance retention, and increase lifetime value.

Who you are:

  • Proven track record in digital marketing with measurable results, ideally within FMCG consumer brands.
  • 5-10 years of digital marketing experience with strong e-commerce expertise.
  • Experience in a fast growth, entrepreneurial environment with sales from £10m-£50m.
  • Expertise in testing and optimisation, including A/B testing.
  • Strong capabilities in managing and growing social channels, both paid and organic.
  • Experience in creating, managing, and developing paid media campaigns.
  • Team-building and managerial experience.
  • Self-starter, resilient and a team player with strong emotional intelligence

  • You're readyto get hands-on with your work as there isn't currently a team to manage.

Salary:£70,000 to£75,000 DOE + Leadership Bonus
Logistics:2 days a week on site (different locations in London) + 3 days WFH
