The role

As Head of Digital Workplace & Innovation, you will lead the transformation of how Connected Places Catapult works, collaborates, and innovates. You will champion user centric digital solutions that empower teams, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision making across the organisation.

This role is pivotal in shaping the technical direction of our digital workplace, ensuring it aligns with our strategic goals and delivers exceptional value to our internal customers. You will lead a high performing team, drive innovation through the Microsoft technology stack (including Dynamics, M365, Power Platform and CoPilot), and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

You'll demonstrate a strong customer focus, supporting colleagues across the organisation with the tools and technology they need to deliver effective and collaborative solutions.

The role will be responsible for the management and oversight of the Digital team and the introduction of new transformative digital innovations as we develop out our Microsoft suite of products.

Experience is critical in the design and delivery of complex enterprise solutions built around the Microsoft technology stack. The role will involve managing the team responsible for these technologies, working closely with both inhouse specialists together with external consultants, partners and the wider business. The role will work alongside an inhouse corporate IT team running infrastructure and service delivery of existing services to the business and cyber security.
